Well we bought this home here in St. George and there were several selling points for us. It's on a culdesac, fully fenced yard, fully landscaped yard, two car garage, big open floor plan, split floorplan (master is on one side of the house and the otherbedrooms are on the other) and the number one selling point, for Paul, THE PALM TREE. Let me just tell you he is a proud papa. Ok, I like it too but Paul loves it. He has even pruned it! It is pretty cool. Think about it, how many people do you know have a palm tree in their yard? And we have TWO!!!

Ok, seriuosly we don't think we're that cool we just wanted to post a picture of it. It's been so much fun to have a yard that is ours. No sharing with random strangers, no punk kids running through what little yard you try to claim when living in a townhouse...it's just really nice. We are so happy down here. The heat is bad but certainly not unbearable. We just go from an air conditioned house to an air conditioned car to an air conditioned building (ususally Wal-mart)!

Having your own house is so much fun! It's nice to finally have everything of your own! (Although, yard maintenance is one thing that we got used to having done for us when we lived in our condo!) That's been an adjustment trying to find time to do that sometimes! :)
Paul I love the palm trees! When I get around to coming down their were going to have to mix up some foo foo drinks and sit under them, drinking our foo foo drinks all day.
I have to admit I am harboring a little bit of jealousy. When I saw the picture I thought you had gone to Hawaii or something, but no, you have a palm tree at your house! Good job Paul, it looks just like the palm trees I see on the interweb (I don't have anything to really compare it to).
I like Palm trees! You should take some pictures of all of your house and post those. I want to see it!
