Lately I have been thinking a lot about my role as a mother.
It is not easy (in case you were wondering).
So here are just some thoughts I have had lately....
I feel very satisfied.
Sometimes I feel like its all too much.
I will always be "mom" and I love it.
I feel tired. a lot.
I laugh at my kids everyday (you would laugh everyday too if you saw their craziness).
Hearing Connor pray is music to my ears.
My heart breaks when they are sad or crying.
I hate whining. Hate it.
Hearing the boys playing and giggling together in their room before bed makes me smile.
I never knew my heart could ache so much for them.
Dylan's red hair is awesome.
His morning "nest" is even awesom-er!
Connor is potty trained and that makes me a proud momma.
Hearing Connor "read" is my favorite.
My kids watch too much tv....so shoot me.
Connor fake sneezes. It makes Dylan laugh....and that makes me laugh.
I need to quit yelling...I am sure my neighbors hear me and think I am plain crazy.
They're probably right.

Tara, I love you!! And Don't you just LOVE LOVE LOVE being a Mama!! Thanks for the sweet note, and I have read about your little boy. So sorry to hear that! Yes, my Max is doing great and getting so big! Heavenly Father knows what he is doing and remember, HE chose US to be their Parents, and WE did not choose for them to be sick! I would not trade it for ANYTHING!! Max is my life, and it couldn't be better!! Yes, please do keep in touch! I LOVED LOVED LOVED working with you at the Bowling Alley! Fun Times!! Love ya!

yes! my sentiments exactly. Just wait till Dylan gets a little older and he and Connor fight nonstop...at least that's what Janie and Addi do! I still wouldn't trade it though!
This post is cute. I love it. It makes me excited to be a mom!
So funny girl! Out of all of those comments I have so say that "the nest" is just the best! I am a first hand witness to the rat's nest and it rocks!
